MAY 2024 :: Bria’s Ministry Update :: Every Nation Campus :: Fort Worth, Texas
One foot on the Campus
Happy Summer!
We finished the semester off strong at TCU following the success of the first few events and officially becoming a student organization. Most students headed home for the summer, doing anything from studying abroad to spending time with family to working.
During this summer break, we are all staying connected via group chat and will connect on Zoom at the end of June, the end of July, and mid-August. 🎉
I’ll keep our bible study going with some of the ladies as we follow and discuss our church’s current sermon series.
I also got to visit Dallas Baptist University (DBU)! Our student there, Logan Acuff, will be a sophomore next year. We prayed for the campus and discussed his excitement for the fall, during which he will begin his journey as a resident assistant (RA). He will be an RA for freshmen baseball players, which will be a great opportunity to influence, disciple, and mentor young men.

One foot in the Community
At Mosaic Church Fort Worth, we have begun a new series. During The Gospel Is For Everyone, we will explore and search for the timeless message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as portrayed in the Apostle Paul’s writings in the Book of Romans.
I will deliver a couple of messages during this series on June 2nd and July 7th. You can find all of the sermons in this series on Mosaic Church Fort Worth’s YouTube page.
Mosaic Church Fort Worth ladies will also be doing a Bible study for the next 6 weeks. Some visitors/friends are joining us, so please pray for connection and growth!
Our next Community Lunch (a time of fellowship and a meal at Pastor Alvin and Mallary’s home) is this Sunday, June 2nd. Please pray that the new visitors from the past month will come and connect with our church plant community further.
Let’s connect this Summer!
This summer, I would love to connect with all my ministry partners (that’s you!)! Let’s share ministry and life updates and prayers.
I will be traveling to Austin and Houston and hope to see many of you there or at least connect virtually. I’ll also mail you some highlights from this year, and you can update your address HERE.

Personal Updates

I’ve attended a couple of meetups for Christian girls in DFW! Fort Worth feels more like home every day and I am excited about making new friends.
Prayer Requests
- For favor on TCU’s campus, as I are in the process of becoming a university-recognized campus ministry (with that, discernment in choosing a graduate program).
- For open doors and hearts on campus and in the community.
- For my monthly partnership to increase by $1,000 / 10-15 partners.
- For boldness, wisdom, and courage.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PARTNERING TO SEE STUDENTS’ LIVES CHANGED BY JESUS! If you need prayer, I would love to hear from and pray for you! Please text, call, or email.
